Return Policy

Fox 40 USA accepts returns on defective merchandise only. If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

To start a return, contact us at Shopnow@fox40world.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including change-of-mind purchases and customized products, which are made to order.

Please note: Fox 40 USA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, or for delays resulting from customer-requested changes to an order after it has been placed.
